THREE NEW FLOORPLANS IN TRADITIONAL SERIES INTRODUCED AT THE ESTATES OF FOX CHASE IN OSWEGO
New Series Offers Luxury Amenities at an Appealing Price Point

Wyndham Deerpoint Homes is making it easier than ever to claim a nicely-appointed, thoughtfully
designed new home in a great location with the introduction of the all-new Traditional Series at
The Estates of Fox Chase-a community of 91 semi-custom, single-family, executive-style homes in Oswego.
Consisting of three generously equipped floorplans that have proven to be among the builder's most popular
at two of its other communities, the Traditional Series includes The Savannah, The Weston, and The Hampton,
said Karen Klimcak, sales consultant for Wyndham Deerpoint Homes.

For example, each of the three Traditional Series two-story floorplans provides four bedrooms and two-and-a-half

options or upgrades of your choice on any to-be-built residence at The Estates of Fox Chase.

in the master bedroom suite and approximately 2,300 square feet.
Situated off Orchard Road at Mill Road, The Estates of Fox Chase offers a preferred location conveniently accessible

facility now open at Mill and Orchard Roads, where a future commuter rail station will be built. Until then, the facility
