Act now before it's too late...Move-in homes include full basements at Caledonia in Yorkville

There's a party going on downstairs in four homes available for early delivery at Caledonia-Wyndham Deerpoint Homes' community of semi-custom single-family residences in Yorkville. That's because each of the four residences includes a finished basement at no extra charge.

"If you've been shopping for a new home and are eager to be settled in soon, this is your perfect opportunity," said Diane Robinson, director of marketing for Wyndham Deerpoint Homes. "It's not often that a new home builder will include a finished basement. That is why these four early occupancy homes are expected to be claimed quickly."

Once these four inventory residences are sold, Wyndham Deerpoint Homes will no longer offer finished basements as an option, Robinson noted.

"With that in mind, why not act now and take advantage of a special opportunity to save up to $30,000 that you would have otherwise spent on finishing the basement?" Robinson said. "And that's on top of the great savings built into each of these five homes, which have been discounted by as much as $20,000."

The Bentley is priced at $338,316 (all prices subject to change without notice), features 2,390 square feet (not including basement) and is ready for immediate delivery.
  • The Newport, at 3385 Ryan Dr., a three-bedroom, two-bath ranch with a handsome brick front and features a great room with a vaulted ceiling and woodburning fireplace. Its master bedroom offers a large sitting area. The Newport is priced at $299,900, offers 1,835 square feet (not including basement) and is available for immediate occupancy.
  • The Durbin, located at 3435 Ryan Dr., a four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath residence with a den that offers a fully sodded homesite with a complete landscape package. Situated on a handsome parcel off Corneils Road just west of Rt. 47 (located only minutes from I-88), Caledonia is comprised of 61 homesites in Phase I. Construction is well underway, and first occupancies have recently begun.
