There's a party going on downstairs in four homes available for early delivery at Caledonia-Wyndham Deerpoint Homes' community of semi-custom single-family residences in Yorkville. That's because each of the four residences includes a finished basement at no extra charge. "If you've been shopping for a new home and are eager to be settled in soon, this is your perfect opportunity," said Diane Robinson, director of marketing for Wyndham Deerpoint Homes. "It's not often that a new home builder will include a finished basement. That is why these four early occupancy homes are expected to be claimed quickly." Once these four inventory residences are sold, Wyndham Deerpoint Homes will no longer offer finished basements as an option, Robinson noted.
