Full, finished basement included in five move-in ready homes at Caledonia in Yorkville

Shoppers who crave a completed lower level can now choose from five move-in ready inventory homes that each include a full, finished basement at Caledonia-Wyndham Deerpoint Homes' community of semi-custom single-family residences in Yorkville.

"Not only are these full basements completely finished, but they span approximately 1,000 square feet," said Diane Robinson, director of marketing for Wyndham Deerpoint Homes. "Just imagine what you could do with 1,000 more square feet of living space. It's the perfect area for entertaining, setting up a home theater room, creating a play space or craft room for the children, or establishing a home office or exercise area."

Finished basements can "significantly increase the amount of living space that you have in your home," added Robinson. "For example, our Newport is an 1,800-square-foot ranch.   • The Bentley, located at 3406 Ryan Dr., is a four-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home with a stone front exterior, a woodburning fireplace in the family room, hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen, dinette and powder room and has a professional landscaping package. The Bentley is priced at $338,316 (all prices subject to change without notice) and features 2,390 square feet (not including basement).
