Shoppers who visit Caledonia on Sept. 30 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. can not only tour the model and several early delivery inventory homes for sale, but also win prizes, including a scenic ocean cruise for two and a 42-inch plasma television. Additionally, kids can take home a free pumpkin and participate in an on-site Halloween Hunt. "The Savannah is one of our most popular designs at Caledonia, and is brought to life with multi-dimensionality and eye-catching colors in the new furnished touring model," said Diane Robinson, marketing director for Wyndham Deerpoint Homes. "This model does an outstanding job of exemplifying the plentiful standard inclusions and spaciousness offered in our homes," Robinson noted. "And visitors will quickly get a feel for all the lifestyle possibilities in our versatile floorplans that are designed around busy families." For starters, the two-story Savannah boasts four bedrooms, a den, two-and-a-half baths, full basement, and a three-car garage. The 2,605-square-foot design quickly reveals additional perks, including a deluxe island kitchen with mocha glazed cabinetry and granite countertops, a family room equipped with a striking brick fireplace and volume ceilings, and formal living and dining rooms each topped with tray ceilings. Among the other highlights are a roomy den, oak staircase, scraped walnut floors on the first level, architectural roof shingles, a brick paver patio and extensive landscaping. "The Savannah model is loaded with options and extra touches designed to attract plenty of attention-from upscale lighting fixtures to custom painted wall finishes and rich furnishings and décor," said Robinson. "Home shoppers will appreciate the luxurious appointments as well as the practical layout and openness of the plan." Like the Savannah, each of the other nine designs available at Caledonia comes with a variety of standard amenities, many of which other builders only offer as options and upgrades. Other features include three to four bedrooms, two to two-and-a-half baths, two- to three-car garage, oak or birch cabinets as well as Whirlpool appliances in the kitchen, nine-foot first-floor ceilings, hardwood flooring and decorative ceramic tile throughout much of the first level, a 93 percent efficient gas furnace, fully sodded front yard and professional landscape package. Wyndham Deerpoint is also currently offering a finished basement that adds additional living space and value to each home. Sizes span from 1,614 to 3,234 square feet and prices range from $279,900 to $358,400 (all prices subject to change without notice). Depending on the design chosen, each residence also includes volume ceilings, master bedroom sitting room, first-floor den, Great Room, and a dinette bay window with atrium door. Options of note (per plan) are a den, loft, decorative fireplace, bay windows, and Whirlpool tub. "Every home we build at Caledonia can be modified to suit the buyer's tastes and match their lifestyle," said Robinson, who added that buyers don't have to worry about SSAs at Caledonia. Home hunters eager to move in before the holidays can select from seven early delivery inventory residences for sale at Caledonia. Four are available for immediate move-in and each includes a finished basement with a bathroom: The Savannah, providing 2,605 square feet and priced at $384,900. The Bentley, offering 2,309 square feet and priced at $358,316. The Newport ranch, with 1,835 square feet and priced at $334,900. The Hampton, located at 3395 Ryan Drive, featuring 2,075 square feet and priced at $309,705. The other three inventory homes, meanwhile, are available for later fall delivery: The Durbin, located at 3435 Ryan Drive, spanning 2,669 square feet and priced at $375,330. The Hampton, set at 3375 Ryan Drive, offering 2,318 square feet and priced at $338,105. The Jamison, at 3376 Ryan Drive, including 1,931 square feet and priced at $315,139. Situated on an attractive parcel off Corneils Road just west of Rt. 47, Caledonia consists of 61 homesites in Phase I. Construction is well underway, and first move-ins recently began. "Caledonia residents appreciate the community's pleasant streetscapes with public sidewalks, street lights, and parkway trees, as well as a few select cul-de-sac homesites," Robinson said.
