NEW MODEL NOW OPEN AT TALL OAKS IN ELGIN, SITE OF 2006 GALLERY OF HOMES WHITEHALL FEATURES VARIETY OF EXTRAS BUILDER KNOWN FOR The Whitehall model (as pictured here at another community) recently opened at Tall Oaks, Wyndham Deerpoint Homes' new community in Elgin. A model community now has a model worthy of its lofty stature-thanks to the recent opening of the Whitehall at Tall Oaks, Wyndham Deerpoint Homes' brand new community of semi-custom homes in Elgin, which is also the site of the 2006 Gallery of Homes, sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Greater Fox Valley. The Whitehall model is one of the largest and most impressive touring homes the builder has ever created, said Diane Robinson, director of marketing for Wyndham Deerpoint Homes. "This is a must-see residence on a picture-perfect homesite that represents the level of quality and integrity inherent in every Tall Oaks home we build," said Robinson. "Visitors are going to be wowed by all the generous amenities and fine details found throughout this home. Talking about it just doesn't do it justice." For starters, the Whitehall features four bedrooms-including a deluxe master suite tinged in Palladium blue with a sitting room set apart by decorative columns and a tray ceiling on each side. The elegant master bath has custom cabinetry and a spacious shower. Two of the Whitehall's bedrooms are graced with jumbo walk-in closets and Jack-and-Jill baths. The first floor flaunts a gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, a wet bar area with a second dishwasher, and rich wood floors, which also accent the dining room and foyer. Located off Rt. 20 near the intersection of Russell and Plank Roads in the west portion of Elgin, Tall Oaks is set on an attractive parcel that offers quarter-acre to half-acre estate-sized homesites (10,000- to 18,000-square-foot lots). Community streetscapes are sure to be appealing, due primarily to the fact that garages are either side-load or recessed from the front door and homes will sport Hardie plank siding and architectural shingles. A loft, bonus room, sunroom, bay windows, Whirlpool tub, and upgraded trim are among the popular options available. Preconstruction prices range from the mid $400,000s to the $520,000s (all prices subject to change without notice).
